Gli appartamenti tutti recentemente ristrutturati, si trovano nel centro storico di Ragusa Ibla, a meno di 100 m da piazza S. Giorgio, centro del barocco ibleo di recente riconosciuto patrimonio mondiale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO.A 22 Km è sita Marina di Ragusa famosa per le sue enormi spiagge piene di sabbia finissima, il mare blu intenso e le grandi discoteche che animano la vita notturna. La casetta di via Torrenuova n° 90 ha al piano terra la cucina - soggiorno con la volta in pietra, un divano letto e un servizio con lavanderia; al primo piano si trovano il bagno, una camera da letto con due letti singoli con il caratteristico pavimento in pece e vista nella vallata antistante; nella mansarda (tutta in legno) vi è un letto ad una piazza e mezzo. Altri tre appartamenti si trovano ancor più vicini al centro in un unico edificio che ha 4 ingressi indipendenti in via Del Mercato n° 22-24-26 ed in Chiasso Bonifica n° 6.Trattasi di una antica costruzione con volte in pietra , scale in pece e pareti in blocchi di calcare,che è stata restaurata nel 2006 e ora può comodamente ospitare nel complesso fino a 16 persone. Al n°26 vi è al piano terra una cucina soggiorno con un divano letto ed un bagno usufruibile anche da disabili ed al primo piano una stanza da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo divisi da una parete attrezzata con armadi e specchi. Il locale al n° 24 ha un letto matrimoniale con una poltrona letto ed un bagno e può essere messo in comunicazione tramite una porta interna con la cucina del n° 26. Al n°22 vi è al piano terra un soggiorno con un divano letto ed al primo piano la cucina-pranzo con un divano letto matrimoniale ,il bagno ed una stanza da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo divisi da una parete attrezzata con armadi e specchi. Il terzo appartamento si trova alle spalle dei primi due con accesso da un cortiletto interno al n° 6 e ha una splendida vista sulla vallata. E’ fornito di un soggiorno pranzo con un divano letto ad una piazza e mezza,di una cucina completa,di un bagno e di una stanza a due letti. Servizi Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata e tv color e tutti i bagni hanno antibagno,doccia e scaldabagno elettrico. La pulizia delle stanze ed il cambio della biancheria verrà effettuato settimanalmente. Il parcheggio,riservato ai residenti, è facilmente trovabile nelle immediate vicinanze degli appartamenti. Svaghi La sera si può cenare nei numerosi locali e assistere, nel periodo estivo, a spettacoli di vario genere organizzati dal comune; è consigliabile una rilassante passeggiata tra i viali, ornati da secolari palme, della grande villa comunale. Dintorni A 22 Km è sita Marina di Ragusa famosa per le sue enormi spiagge piene di sabbia finissima, il mare blu intenso e le grandi discoteche che animano la vita notturna. A pochi chilometri si può visitare l'ottocentesco castello di Donnafugata, la barocca Modica, la casa e i luoghi del commissario Montalbano. Inoltre, da quì, è possibile visitare anche Noto coi suoi famosi palazzi barocchi, Siracusa ed il suo teatro greco dove nel periodo estivo si rappresentano ancora le commedie dell’antica Grecia Agrigento con la valle dei templi, Piazza Armerina con l’antica villa romana e Taormina con l’Etna ed i suoi fantastici panorami. |
The apartments, all recently renovated,are in the storic centre of Ragusa Ibla, at only 100meters from St. George’s church. Ragusa Ibla is one of the most important sites of the sicilian baroque recognised by UNESCO as world heritage and it is surrounded by a wonderful country-side and it is not far from the seaside.The house at Torrenuova street number 90 is a small ancient picturesque building with two entrances and three floors. On the ground floor there are a living room with the kitchen,one bed sofa and a bathroom. On the first floor there are a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed. Others three apartments are in an ancient building with four entrances in Market Street at numbers 22-24-26 and in Bonifica Court at number 6.The building can accommodate up to 16 people together. At number 26 on the ground floor there are the kitchen with the living room,a bed sofa and a large bathroom which can be used also for handicaps. On the first floor there are a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed separated by a large double face wardrobe. The room at number 24 has a double bed and a bed sofa and an another bathroom. There is a door that connects it with the kitchen of the number 26. At number 22 on the ground floor there are a living room with a bed sofa. On the first floor there are the kitchen, the diningroom with a double bed sofa, the bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed separated by a large double face wardrobe. The third apartment is at the back side of the others at number 6 of the little Bonifica Court. It has a living room with a bed sofa, a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Services All the apartments have air conditioned and tvc. The cleaning of the apartments will be done wekly. There is also opportunity for car parking. Enjoing At night you can eat typical and traditional dishes in one of the many lovely restaurants of the centre and you can walk in the park or listen music in St. George Square. Enviros At 22 km there is Marina di Ragusa that is famous for its wonderful beaches, for beautiful sea and for the lovely night life. In fact there are a lot of pubs and discos. From Ragusa it is very easy to go to Donnafugata Castle, Modica, Noto, Syracuse, Taormina, Etna, Agrigento, Piazza Armerina and many others beautiful and interasting places which are never further than 150 km. |
